Usually we aren’t aware that the foods displayed in super markets are living things. But I feel disgust and discomfort when I am aware that foods are living things. 

In this work, I’m trying to re-create this feeling by creating the scene where foods are shedding bloods.

 

私たちはスーパーに並んでいる食べ物を普段は生き物として意識しない。しかし生き物であると意識したときに私は命が命を食べることへの嫌悪感や違和感を感じる。

この作品では食べ物から血が流れている様子を表現することで、この感覚を再現しようとしている。
